With the assistance of the Naugatuck Police Department, North Haven Police arrested a man who stole over $30,000 worth of items from his employer. Detectives from Naugatuck were conducting an investigation when they noticed a large amount of commercial grade alarm equipment was sold to a local pawnshop. Those detectives worked with North Haven investigators to determine a North Haven Alarm Company employed the suspect, 33-year-old Jeremy Kalish who resides in Torrington. North Haven Detectives worked with the business owner, and several pawnshops throughout the state to recover the stolen items. Jeremy Kalish was arrested by warrant and charged with Larceny First Degree. Kalish was held on a $25,000 bond and transported to Meriden Superior court this morning for arraignment.
